One quick call at (903) 566-LEAK and our team will give set you up with an appointment to discuss your plumbing project. We’ll take your designs and ideas and bring them to life in a way that matches exactly what you’re looking for — and hopefully more.

Our promise to you is that you’ll have a plumbing installation strategy that makes sense. No games, no hidden upcharges, no “surprises” at the end. Just good, honest work.

Water heater services

There are few plumbing services we enjoy more than performing a water heater installation or water heater repair. Even though most traditional water heaters are slated to last a decade or so, with proper water heater maintenance, there’s a good chance your water heater could truck on for years to come. It may even outlast every other appliance in your home.

This is one job that you should let the pros handle, though. Servicing your water heater should only be done by a licensed professional; there are several stories of people being injured by some kind of “incident.” Our team has passed all necessary safety regulations and holds all the permits required to handle your water heater maintenance.

What style of water heater you have doesn’t matter to us, either. Whether you use a Rinnai water heater, Navien water heater, or have a Rheem water heater installed in your home, we can service at all. We even offer tankless water heater inspections and service plans for those who truly want the most from their hot water.

Whatever you need, let Fountain help.

Slab Leaks

When people think of plumbing problems, few realize that a slab leak can be one of the most destructive in your home. Allowing a slab leak to go unattended can result in thousands of dollars in concrete floor repairs, water damage, and water loss (which can cause your utility bill to skyrocket).

Slab leak detection can be difficult though. It involves advanced equipment and experience to know what exactly you’re looking for. Fortunately, Fountain Plumbing has years of experience in this area. Call our office at (903) 566-LEAK if you see any one of the following signs.

Signs You Have a Slab Leak

  • Sound of constant running water.
  • Spike in water usage (reflected on bill).
  • Low water pressure
  • Mildew or water spots
  • Sudden (or growing) cracks in flooring
One of the easiest ways to determine if you have a leak anywhere is by checking out your water meter. If everything in your house is off (washing machine, dishwasher, showers, sprinkler system, etc) and the dial is turning, that means you have a leak somewhere.  Get it fixed today!

Pipe Replacement

If you know that you have a corroded pipe, it’s not a matter of if you’ll need to replace it, but when. This process used to be very “involved.” It required ripping up the flooring, cutting out a large section of pipe (or all of it), then replacing it. Once that was finished, the reconstruction work would begin.

Fountain Plumbing has recognized this issue, and that’s one of the reasons that we’ve started using the NuFlow system. With this technology, were able to go inside the pipe itself and repair the damage from the inside. This process requires much less labor and work than traditional home re-piping, while maintaining all of the durability of traditional pipe replacement.

Drain Clogs

When you think of a plumber, you most likely think of someone who solves drain clogs. These are the most common type of plumbing problem homeowners experience, and is usually the easiest to solve. There are even a variety of DIY solutions available on the Internet, though you should do your homework to make sure none of them could damage your home or business (be especially careful with chemical products).

Clogged drains become a much bigger problem if they’re located deeper inside your home’s piping or in the sewer drain itself. These cannot be solved by DIY; it requires a professional to identify and remove these clogs before the become a major issue.

If you know a clogged is wreaking havoc on your homes plumbing system, reach out one of our team members at (903) 566-LEAK, and we’ll send a technician out right away.
